Warranty: Mulia's glass block, tile, and mosaics shall be free from manufacturer defects to the original owner for a period of 5 years after the date of purchase, which shall NOT extend to installation, workmanship, accessory materials, or conditions of application. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE. The buyer's sole and exclusive remedy against Mulia Inc. shall be for the replacement, excluding installation, of defective products: delivered to the original place of purchase. In no event shall Mulia Inc. be liable for any damages arising because of product failure, whether incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, regardless of the theory of libaility upon which any such damages are claimed. This warrant supersedes all prior warranties and representations for Mulia Inc's glassblock, tile, and mosaics.
